Questions About Getting Started With Cronmiller Counseling

  • Yes. The initial 15-minute consultation is a complimentary, low-pressure way to explore clinical options. All communication is protected under HIPAA privacy standards, ensuring your identity and situation remain strictly confidential from the very first interaction.

  • Yes. Due to state licensing regulations for LICSWs, all clients must be physically located within the state of Minnesota at the time of their telehealth sessions. Heather serves clients in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, Rochester, and all other MN regions.

  • This contact form is for scheduling non-emergency clinical consultations. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 (The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

  • Cronemiller Counseling is an out-of-network provider and is not in-network with any insurance plans, including Medicaid or Medicare. We can provide a monthly "superbill" which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • After our initial consultation, if we determine we are a good clinical match, we can typically schedule your first full session or intensive within 1–2 weeks, depending on current availability.
